They looked awfully familiar to the horrible, can't-get-a-stop defenses from 2007 and 2008. If Oregon has any chance of getting through ASU, Arizona and OSU unbeaten, they will need the defense to play like they have so far this year, save for the Stanford game. I am hoping that if Oregon starts blowing out Arizona State on Saturday, that he would take out Masoli asap, because we all know that Tuscon has already left 2 Oregon quarterbacks for dead after the game, (Kellen Clemens in 2005 and Dennis Dixon in 2007). I am hoping that the pattern ends this year, but you never know what will happen, because the Pac-10 has 5 teams still contending for the Rose Bowl bid.
