I think a case could be made that procrastinating actually helps you focus more on things like finals ,projects ,papers and other things cause you have less time so you have no choice but to do it instead of having large amounts of time before the stuff is due. And yet , we all know when final exams are but we choose to procrastinate anyway. I think the human species operates better when there is time constraints cause we get distracted when there is too much time in between.
