Welcome to the UO Sports Dude’s World, where you can read my sparkling prose and insightful analysis on the wide world of sports, college life, my journey into public relations, and whatever else amuses me. You are at my mercy.
I am a student at the University of Oregon double-majoring in sports marketing and public relations with the goal of working in professional sports. A self-proclaimed sports geek and gifted writer, I have plenty of insights and wisdom to offer readers in search of intelligent, witty snarkiness, including my unhealthy obsessions with the Oakland A’s, Oregon Ducks and fantasy sports.
I work for Allen Hall Public Relations, the on campus PR firm for the U of O and I interned this past summer for Vineberg Communications, a boutique tech pr firm in San Francisco. I have also interned for the San Mateo Daily Journal as a sports reporter. You can read my stories here and here.
